[eclipse-dev] Edge browser back-end for SWT requires a library

Hi all,

To support Edge browser back-end (aka WebView2) for SWT, a small
closed-source Microsoft-provided library has to be distributed with
SWT.

I've filed a CQ https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22991.
Apparently, this requires PMC discussion and approval.

This is the only roadblock for merging Edge support.
