Hopefully this isn't completely offtopic, but someone mentioned on
#eclipse this morning that they were having trouble finding the Neon
downloads, and I noticed that the main "Download" link at
https://www.eclipse.org/home/index.php just displays "can't open file"
below the donations panel.

The "Packages" page also seems to not have the Neon release, seemingly
just the RCs.
