Most of the test failures are caused by
the premature removal of the runtime compatibility plug-in [1]. Some of
its methods are still used in the SDK. I would have expected that this
got fixed before removing the plug-in or that a heads-up got sent to the
eclipse-dev list with a list of changes that are required before the plug-in
can be removed.

This has to be fixed before the next
I-build.
