- working towards Juno M3 (test pass, New and Noteworthy)
- added new refactoring context API
- improved message when deleting a project (show folder location)
- added new diagnostics to detect if output folder overlaps a source folder
- added Quick Assist to synchronize properties from properties file to
message class
- added preference to disable overview ruler annotation color wash-out
- bug fixing

- M3 test pass

- New target api will be available at start of M4

JDT/Core
- Juno M3 test pass went reasonably well, no major issues.

- Cairo graphics and XULRunner 7 work continuing
- StyledText API for hiding scrollbars when they're not needed
- TrayItem API for setting the highlight image (Mac functionality)
- various 3.8/4.2-stream fixes, including several in StyledText
- 4.2M3 testing is underway

-test builder changes for git migration
-updated to Juno M3 Orbit build
