It means you can use Webkit (e.g., Safari for Windows) as your embedded browser in Eclipse/SWT applications on Windows (as an alternative to IE or Mozilla browsers).

I am curious, what does 'Webkit on Windows' enable?   What will it mean for end users or people using SWT?
