- investigating 3.6.1 / 3.7 candidate fixes

SWT:
- 3.6M4 testing went well, no more 3.6 work planned
- creating patches with fixes to be submitted to 3.6.1 and/or 3.7 streams when they become available
- triaging bugs in swt inbox

Workspace:
- no more 3.6 bugs left
- the inbox
- investigating issues for 3.7 and 3.6.1
