collapseAll is bound to CTRL+SHIFT+NUMPAD_DIVIDE similar to the
already available Java folding collapsAll

Currently Next Page/Previous Page don't have default bindings, but we
might go with ALT+PAGE_UP/ALT+PAGE_DOWN depending on how
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=199499#c17 shakes out
