Not nearly as much this time:

 - API Tooling is in the I build and ready to be used. There are some
issues with filters if they need to be shared with the team (this is being
worked on)
 - the changes for compiler parallelization are not released yet, JDT Core
is looking for early adopters with multicore machines
 - PDE has new support for id attributes in plugin.xml, Chris will send
email to eclipse-dev about this
