[eclipse-dev] Eclipse 3.3M7 now available

Eclipse 3.3 milestone 7 (M7) is available
for download from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index.php. This drop
is being propagated to the various Eclipse mirror sites, which usually
takes a day or so. 

For people who already downloaded the integration build with timestamp
200705031400, there's no need to download M7 - it's the same.
