Re: [eclipse-dev] Use of "plan" keyword
|
JDT/Core bugs have been cleaned up.
However old fixed bugs (i.e. before 3.3) have not been touched.
Are we supposed to remove the "plan" keyword from all bugs after a release
?
Or should we have a more specific keyword for each release (e.g. "plan3.3",
"plan3.4", etc.) ?

While doing a query of open plan item bugs, I noticed quite a few bugs
using the "plan" keyword that do not actually appear on the 3.3 plan. This
is just a reminder that the plan keyword is only intended for bugs linked
directly to the 3.3 plan [1]. This makes it much easier to run queries to
make sure the plan document accurately reflects the current state of
implementation. Please remove the plan keyword for bugs not on the plan, or
ask your local PMC member if you have an item that you believe should be
added to the plan.
