Yes, M5 is signed, and all our builds
are signed.  Builds earlier in the week were not signed due to a problem
with build.eclipse.org which has since been resolved.

Signing jars is part of the Europa "must
do" list

I'm not sure if other projects are signing
their builds at this time.

M5 does not seem to be signed, whereas M4 was signed.
What is the scoop on that? 
Will 3.3 final be signed? Will Europa be signed too?
