Action Required to Launch: Re: [eclipse-dev] org.eclipse.ui.ide.applicat

As a follow on to Tods note, failure
to load the new plug-in will prevent those who have org.eclipse.ui.ide
loaded from HEAD from launching a run-time workbench. Also, I had my lauch
configuration set to use the  "org.eclipse.platform.ide"
product as the program to run and I had to change it to use the application
"org.eclipse.ui.ide.workbench.application" in order to get the
launch to work.

Subject	[eclipse-dev] org.eclipse.ui.ide.application added to the builds

As of last night's nightly build the org.eclipse.ui.ide.application
plug-in has been added to the build. The purpose of this new plug-in is
to 
separate the resource specific support in the ide from the IDE 
application. For those of you who load all of our plug-ins from HEAD 
please also load this one. I have also just put in a request to have it
added to the platform-ui module.
