The about.html I used came from Sonia's mail to the eclipse-releng list.  Maybe the mail to the eclipse-dev list had different contents?  I've deleted it so I can no longer tell.

either the browser or the source.   

It is interesting that both Walter and Sebastian are?!  Anyone
