Re: [eclipse-dev] info about adopting or co-existing with ICU4J is now available on the Eclipse wiki

Thanks Karice. I've added a corresponding entry to the RCP FAQ:

[eclipse-dev] info about adopting or co-existing with ICU4J is now
available on the Eclipse wiki

There have been a number of emails and bug reports floating around
regarding ICU4J and the usage of it in the Eclipse SDK. So I decided to
write a migration guide on how applications should adopt ICU4J. There is
also information on how applications that choose not to adopt ICU4J
(usually due to size constraints) can co-exist with the platform, without
compilation errors, since the platform is adopting the ICU APIs. Any
development-related questions you have about using ICU4J that aren't
answered by this info can be addressed to this mailing list.
