In case you find translation problems
in the translation that IBM contributed, to report the problems for future
fix, please open a bug in Bugzilla, providing the following information:

        -
Problem description
        -
Provide the "filename" of the file containing translation problem.
Eclipse has same filename and the full path of the file starting from eclipse
root directory  is helpful.
        -
Provide the "keyword" containing translation problem in the file.
Explanation of what the translation was and what it should be.
        -
Screen capture of the original translation in the product 
        -
Screen capture of the updated translation once fixed. The screen capture
will speed up the review process of translation fixes. If screen capture
cannot be provided, please provide the steps to recreate the problem within
the product.

I've never seen any for 3.1 or even 3.1.1. I just checked the download
page.
