[eclipse-dev] Tester Swapping

The 3.1 Endgame Plan says the following about the current test pass:

	In an effort to mix things up and hold off the onset of "tester fatigue",
	each component team will be designating one team member that will be
	assigned to test some other component.

As far as I know, nothing further has been said about this.  Is this still 
something that the PMC would like us to do?
