JDT Core:
- need more performance test runs during M7 to better assess progress
- UI actions could give hints to VM when good time for GC (after full 
  build, search, plugin import, CVS sync, ...) to prevent occurring
  randomly in middle of typing.

Help:
- with the dynamic help being more prominent in 3.1, the teams are on
  the line to beef up their help docs. Can we get an ID person to help
  us for couple of months near the end of the  release?
