[eclipse-dev] Feature Request

   Is there a feature request process?  I didn't see anything formal on 
the eclipse website in my one minute of searching so it must not be 
there. :-)   In the java view outline pane it would be great if there 
were another tab similiar to the list of methods available in the 
current class but showing the first few words of each comment.  Just 
like double clicking on the method name in this list brings you directly 
to the method, double clicking on a comment would bring you right to the 
comment.
