Thread-topic: Help to run an external tool inside a java program

I  am searching about how to run an external program during the execution of my java program with eclipse.
I would like to launch one of my defined program tool. But I don't know how to call the method to open the 
menu Run/External Tool and after to launch my defined tool.

Could someone help me ?
