Seems like it's AJDT [Was: [eclipse-dev] Problems with 3.0RC1 on Fedora Core 2]

I previously reported that M9 also had this problem. I should have
specified that I was actually talking about M9+CDT+AJDT+RedRobinJython. (I
forgot to mention that the original RC1 also included Red Robin Jython.)
I'm back to using RC1+CDT+RedRobinJython, i.e. without AJDT, and all
seems well.
I will followup with the AJDT folks.
