It's not possible. Please file a feature request against Platform-Ant explaining why you need to do this.

We would like to change *.launch file destination from ..externalToolBuilders to other directory. Or even if we are able to change .externalToolBuilders  to different name that is fine. Could any one let us know what are the possible ways that could be done.
