The debug team put in an adjustment to a new feature (Run context menu)
for the 200402102000 build.See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=51420 for the full details.

Using the 200402101600 build is fine for testing but if you want the
latest and greatest from the new Run context menu you should try out
200402102000.
