Maybe this is caused by a bug in the new version (3.0.1) of the Releng
Tool. We experienced the following bug when we released today:
We have a plug-in called org.eclipse.jdt which is in project
org.eclipse.jdt and a feature called org.eclipse.jdt which is in project
org.eclipse.jdt-feature. When we now release the plug-in org.eclipse.jdt it
updates the feature.map file. When we release the feature project it
updates no map file.

This works fine when using 3.0.0.

I just verified that org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.builder was correctly
versionned as v_405 in dev.eclipse.org and the jdtcore.map file is
referring to this version.

So something else must have happened...
