The build schedule has been updated
with information on eclipse 2.1.3 maintenance builds:

The 2.1.3 maintenance builds will take
place weekly on Wednesdays at 2 pm EST,  starting this Wednesday,
January 7.  The build will only occur if there are changes in the
map files or release notes.
