[eclipse-dev] Problem with I20031211

Platform UI has become aware of a problem with key bindings in I20031211. 
When an old workspace is opened in I20031211, the key bindings do not work 
(initially).  We know that using the keys preference page to change your 
key configuration and then restarting Eclipse fixes the problem -- 
allowing you to continue working.

This bug is being tracked as Bug 48486 
("https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=48486";).

Platform UI would like to request a rebuild when we have tracked down what 
is causing the problem.
