[eclipse-dev] nightly build N20031128 tests failed

The nightly build completed however the tests did not start. Both Windows and Linux tests were stalled with the message "Unable to find osgi.properties". I have killed the nightly tests. The core team believes that they have resolved this issue and I'm now running a test build.
