[eclipse-dev] Updated Integration Build schedule

We've slightly modified the integration
build schedule to incorporate the changes requested at the status meeting
this morning in an effort to have a good integration build earlier in the
week.  Basically, we have added same day rebuilds for integration
builds that fail due to compile errors, missing plugins or other events
that lead to the build not being posted.
