[eclipse-dev] Builders in 3.0

I installed build 200310101454
It does not seem to include any builders. Java classes don't even do 
code coloring or other formatting.

I am thinking that there is an issue regarding uninstalling the earlier 
Version 2.1 that I had been using. My approach was to just delete it and 
install fresh into the same disk partition.

What amd I missing?
