I will set a cron job to start a build
at 8 pm EDT today.  If there is anyone else contributing fixes for
this rebuild, please send a note to this list.

platform-ui will require a rebuild to submit more
robust fix for 

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=42418.

We are retesting the other fixes now.

The following teams have updated their build submissions since yesterday's
test candidate, I20031008 (200310081556):
