The CVS tests failed due to some testing changes that were made on the
test server and do not indicate a problem with the Eclipse CVS client.
The test server has been fixed. 

However, there is another issue with CVS. In the compare editor, incoming
changes will appear as outgoing changes. This can make manual merges very
difficult. Therefore, Team is requesting a rebuild.
