This is a request to the Eclipse PMC for the creation of a new project in
the /home/eclipse repository on dev.eclipse.org.

project: org.eclipse.core.resources.hpux
commit rights: platform-core + username for sumit.sarkar@xxxxxx

The contents of this project will be the HP version of the Core library.
Sumit has agreed to own and maintain the code.
