Problem solved on our end, also please ignore my comment on issuing
patches. Only the build process was affected, patches can be derived (using
our export Ant script) normally.

JDT failures are a consequence of a layout change of org.apache.ant plugin
(see Darin Swanson related post).
Once adapting to this new layout, we won't be able to issue patches to
older builds using our HEAD content.
