Questions like this belong on the newsgroup. This mailing list is for 
discussions about the development of Eclipse.

That said, Eclipse already lets you configure output folders on a 
per-source-folder basis. See the "Source" page of the "Java Build Path" 
properties you mentioned.

Please ask any followup questions on the eclipse.tools.jdt newsgroup.
