To address several defects in RC3 we will be doing another build at 5pm Eastern time today. We have already reviewed the changes that were released as of 4pm today. If you have or will be releasing additional changes to this build please send mail to eclipse-dev with the defect ID you are fixing.

This build will initially appear as a normal integration build and will be promoted to a stable build after the automated tests pass.
