What is likely to be the ultimate revision of the Eclipse Project Draft 
2.1 Plan is now available at

    http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/development/eclipse_project_plan_2_1.html

Summary of changes:
- added Linux to list of operating environments that support GB 18030
- added caveat that GTK 2.2 is required for Linux DBCS (including GB 
18030)
- finalized service level of IBM J2SE releases
- deferred the last proposed Platform item (Improve SWT support for 
right-to-left languages) that will not be addressed for 2.1
