[eclipse-dev] Eclipse Project Draft 2.1 Plan

The penultimate revision of the Eclipse Project Draft 2.1 Plan is now
available at
http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/development/eclipse_project_plan_2_1.html
Summary of changes:
- firmed up target 2.1 release date of March 28, 2003
- added information about the endgame plan covering activities Feb. 7-Mar.

- updated target operating environments section to include latest
available J2SE and OS releases
- committed 3 proposed PDE items (Improve build class path for plug-in
projects; Add support for update sites; Improve usability)
- deferred 2 proposed Platform items (Improve serviceability; Improve file
encoding support) that could not be adequately addressed for 2.1
The one remaining proposed Platform item (Improve SWT support for
right-to-left languages) will be either committed or deferred next week.
