One of the targeted JDKs on Windows is the "IBM 32-bit SDK for Windows, Java 2 Technology Edition, version 1.4.0". Is this publically available? http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/java/jdk/ lists 1.4 on Linux, but not on Windows.
