[eclipse-dev] Happy Birthday Eclipse!

In case no one noticed, today marks the first anniversary of Eclipse
becoming a full-fledged open source project.  While much of the code and
community resources had already been available for months, it was a year
ago today that the the switch was thrown and the website, downloads pages,
CVS repository etc were officially made open source.  Since then, the
Eclipse project has been an unqualified success with thousands of downloads
per day and a vibrant user/developer community.

Congratulations to everyone involved.
