Build I20021022 contains a bug that prevents importing external plugins
overtop of existing plugins.
(see http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=25197)

A workaround is to delete the corresponding projects in your workspace
first, then do the import.

A fix will be in next integration build.
