[eclipse-dev] Getting fixes merged into 2.0.2

I was wondering what the process of requesting existing fixes to be merged
into the R2_0_1 branch might be?  There are two changes - one to the jface
font properties file (bug#23290) and a fix to dialog placement logic
(bug#23291).  They are fixed in the HEAD and simply need to be merged into
the R2_0_1 branch.  The second is far more important then the first as it
truly hinders the useablity of Eclipse on Photon.
