[eclipse-dev] problem with 0730 gtk integration build

The updated GTK swt libraries did not make it into the July 30th
integration build, so trying to use this build gives an UnsatisfiedLink
error.  The new libraries have been recompiled and released, so gtk users
that wish to stay current can either wait for tonight's integration build
or download the two updated libraries (links shown below) and put them in
<eclipseInstall>/plugins/org.eclipse.swt.gtk_2.0.0/os/linux86:
