I did take a look at diskspace and there is currently plenty of space everywhere, especially in /tmp.  Are you still getting this error?

I'm getting this from :pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/home/eclipse

cannot create_adm_p /tmp/cvs-serv27574/org.eclipse.update.tests.core/data/ExecutableFeaturePackagedSite/data
No space left on device

I guess this means that /tmp has filled up in the server.
