[eclipse-dev] Binary project filter in Packages

Starting with today's integration build, you can take advantage of the new
filter in Packages view that hides all the binary projects. Most of use
have been using working sets for this purpose while self-hosting. PDE teams
hopes that you will find this much easier to use. Unlike with working sets,
this filter is dynamic i.e. will pick up new source projects if added.
