Hi,

bug #472973 is not related to this exception. It is rather a problem of
our CompositeDiscoveryContainer that - due to legacy reasons - does not
distinguish between advertisers and locators.
I suggest we stop shipping bundle org.eclipse.ecf.provider.discovery as
soon as possible (which is Neon?). Its functionality has been superseded
anyway. Until then, we should advise users not to install the bundle.
