[ecf-dev] changes to New and Noteworth for ECF Indigo

Hi Folks,
In anticipation of the Indigo release (coming up very soon now), I've
beefed up the ECF New and Noteworthy [1]. I've added some things that
were done earlier in the year, tried to add some more
detail/information, and tried to simplify some things for easy
consumability.
I ask that you read/review the New and Noteworthy, and to make any
suggestions for further changes. ECF committers responsible for various
entries in the N&N should edit those entries in particular...and if
more/less/other language is needed to accurately convey what the
contribution, or a contribution is missing, then please create the
desired text and links, and either fix/commit the N&N yourself (it's
located here in CVS [2]), or send it to me and I'll update the N&N.
Please do this review and comments as soon as possible, as Indigo
release is on June 22nd (this coming Wednesday).
