The both the bundles and source are present in the zip you
reference...it's just that non-source jars are also packed and gzipped
as per the Helios p2 requirements
To put ECF 3.3 into your a target platform
1) Unzip the contents of the zip to a new local directory (e.g c:\temp\repo)
2) When you go to add to a target platform (Select Add...button Under
Locations tab in Target Content), then choose 'Software Site' (p2
repo)->Next, then Add... software site, and give Name of (e.g.) ECF 3.3
and choose 'Local' button...and specify the local position of the p2
repo on the file system...i.e. c:\temp\repo).
