It's whenever/as fast as we can get Foundation review/approval. Which I

I expect so, yes. Although I'm still not sure whether for Helios we
will have ECF 3.X (e.g. 2 or three), or ECF 4.0.
Disregarding how we name these releases, I guess my question is simply
are we doing two major releases in a year or just one?
By 'major' I assume you mean 'major or minor' (which requires Foundation
review)...rather than 'major' in the sense of ECF 4.0. If that's what
you mean (major or minor), then yes, we are doing 2 (or perhaps more) of
those. If you really mean major (as in ECF 4.0), then I expect either 1
release of that sort (at Helios, I expect)...or perhaps none (i.e. we do
ECF 3.X for Helios).
