I think it may indeed be a bug. Could you open a bugzilla entry and explain How you reproduce the bug?
And we will address. So, we trying investigating bug.

I have the same
situation with org.eclipse.ecf.examples.remoteservices.hello.consumer/client
example. I didn’t modify any code. Probably it’s very easy to resolve but it’s
my first touch with ECF.
