| Re: [ecf-dev] Re: TwitterHub trivial client |
Hi
Even TweetDeck have to deal with this limitation in the
API. They deal with it by allowing you to allocate your
100 calls across different methods.
I'm not sure if Twitter will ever change this, but if you
could get us in contact with someone about it that would
be great Scott.
Regards
James
Sounds good alright. Even TOn Sat, 16 May 2009 19:58:06

Hi guys,
Scott, it sounds really good, I guess an approach for us
is a roadmap where
we can address some points to talk with them. James and
I are planning to
start it soon, specially to help the new contributors
that are coming :).
Cheers

Hi Marcelo, Pierre, James, etc.
I just wanted to let you all know I know a fellow here
in Portland that
works at Twitter...he is the father of a kid that goes
to school with my
daughter. If we want/need to contact Twitter about this
then let me
know...he would probably at least be able to direct us
to the right people.
Thanks,
Scott

Hi Pierre,
It is a "limitation/control" from twitter API. Take a
look
http://apiwiki.twitter.com/FAQ#HowdoInbspkeepfromrunningintotheratelimit
We need to "think/implement" a way to around that.
Cheers
