[ecf-dev] Changeover

Hi Folks,

Amazingly, the server at ecf.eclipse.org has been running (and still is 
running) on a very old version of Equinox (3.2!) on Tomcat and ECF 
(0.8).  It's been running without fail since late 2006...and still 
interoperates with ECF latest versions. 

Anyway, it's time to upgrade to more recent ECF versions, and also 'eat 
our own dogfood' with the ECF server applications

What I intend to do:

1) Turn off the tomcat server running the ecf.eclipse.org:3282/server 
generic server
2) Turn on an ECF generic server application at ecf.eclipse.org:3282/server

Unless there are objections, I'll do this tonight (2/6/2008) at around 
10pm pacific time.
